Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Pulse portal, owned and operated by Pulse Centric UK Ltd. Please read them — by using the portal you agree to them.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Pulse portal, which is owned and operated by Pulse Centric UK Ltd (company no. 16760390) ("Pulse", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. Your practice provides you access to the portal through Pulse. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
Accounts are for the named individual invited or registered. Do not share your login — additional people should be given their own access.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for its intended purpose: collaborating on the projects you are a member of. Do not attempt to access data or projects you have not been given access to, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.
Ownership of the platform and your content
The Pulse platform, including all software, design and intellectual property in it, is owned by Pulse Centric UK Ltd (company no. 16760390). These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Pulse and your practice the limited right to store and process that content in order to provide the service to you and your project team.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and may update or improve features over time.
AI-assisted features
Some features generate suggestions, drafts or summaries using AI. These are aids to your own professional judgement, not a substitute for it. Always review AI-generated output before relying on or issuing it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Pulse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Professional services relating to your project are provided by your practice under your separate appointment with them, not by Pulse and not under these portal terms.
Ending access
You can stop using the portal at any time. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
